Not from this area and had no idea traffic would be terrible. I also had no phone service, I did attempt to call. I walked in and subsequently was informed they would not take me, because there wasn't time to accommodate my appointment. It was 13 minutes. I have been getting highlights for the last 20 years, 13 minutes is nothing, as a matter of fact that could be made up during processing. No attempt to call me was made, at least there was no voice mail once I came back into service. This was Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Therefore, if that is how you treat your customers, then I am happy to take my buisness elsewhere.
