Next to impossible to get anybody on the phone... Tax dollars (not) at work!
Worst experience of my life
It just rings and rings. Says they are open at 8:30 and it is 11:43. This is ridiculous! What are our tax dollars even being used for? For them to sit behind their desks and play flappy bird?
It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, I have called 36 times today. 36!
