I've never had a problem with this Kmart I go there often especially around the holidays. I hate to hear that they are closing. That's where my entire family shops for clothes I don't know what I'll do now cuz they have a really good selection and no other stores really do at least nothing u would want to wear
I love Kmart but I was 2 days past the 30 day return policy and they would not exchange or refund on my return. Tags were still on the items and they had not been worn. I live in TN and I visit this VA store when I visit my mom. They were still new. I don't understand! 2 DAYS
Takes an eternity to check out here! They're going out of business however contrary to their advertisements most items are only 10% off. Walmart is still cheaper on most items even with these sale prices. That combined with the poor service, no wonder they're going out of business!
They took absolutely forever in check out line. I was 3rd in line and waited 30 minutes. They have begun their going out of business sales. Most items 10 percent off but it seems almost all of the items have been marked up so they can show a discount. I saw several items that had sale stickers removed to return to regular prices and then you get 10 percent off.....made me upset. Will not return. No wonder they are going put of business.
No clue how they are open for business? ,when I got to check out place with 10 $ register. NOBODY. AT THEM. so I asked a person who looks like it may work there? If they had self check out. It snaps at me and I will not tell you how that went?
