Called them for a clogged drain in Johnson City, TN. I had already had one plumbing company to come out and charge me for walking around and just looking. They never contacted me back like they said they would so I got Affordable Drain Cleaning's number from a friend. They showed up and where the other plumbing company couldn't do anything because there was not a clean out, Affordable got creative and found a drain line that had been capped and installed a clean out there and used it to clean out the clog. They got the sewer line flowing again and left. When we ran the washer and shower and sink, it started backing up again and called them back and they returned and cleaned it out again and didn't charge anything for coming back. I would definitely recommend these guys.
My plumbing is backed up, I had this company come to fix it. First, a plug was unhooked from my washer, which was not replaced and my washer then leaked all over my floor. They said they unclogged the toilet and it is STILL not fixed. So when I call at 5, he says it's "after hours" and he would charge me more because of it even though their website says 24/7 service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS due to the owners attitude and inability to take responsibility for HIS workers mistakes.
