Don't waste your time they have no empathy and the office people are so rude. The main dentist is not child friendly and gets offensive if you let her know how rude her office staff are
I absolutely LOVE this place. They are GREAT with my children and MY children love them. We have been coming here for years with all 5 of my kiddos. They have solved every problem and they have never given me WELLS or sugar coated anything. They are very upfront and honest and a lot people don't like that. They tell you their advice and opinions and what should be done in order to help prevent or to take care of your child's teeth. They care 100%. They are not doing it for the money like most of the dentists do. AWESOME PEOPLE.
The receptionist is the rudest I have ever seen. Quick to answer with her smart answers and will not give on having brother and sister's appointments at the same time. I don't understand why they don't talk to her about her attitude. She's the face of their office and really she makes them look bad. May find another dentist for my grandchildren.
This place is so rude and unprofessional. The receptionist and the office mgr are rude and act like they are doing you a favor to answer a question! The dentist doesn't even have the common curtesy to talk to you about your child's appointment. She was leaving in her car for lunch, before my grandson had even came back from the cleaning. Good thing I didn't need to talk to her. We have given this office enough chances! Done! If I could rate lower than a 1, that's what it would be!
Rude, snippy. We POLITELY questioned the necessity of the x-ray, and how much radiation is actually emitted during it and the dentist had no answers and was upset that we had dared questioned her methods and procedures. One visit was enough, we went elsewhere.
