Everyone was so nice and attentive. I was seen promptly and barely waited 2 minutes in the waiting room. The hygienist did a great job explaining everything she did as she cleaned and then stayed with me and chatted while we waited for the dentist. The dentist was very thorough and I felt like he payed great attention to my dental hygiene.
From the front office staff to the assistants and of course Dr. Moore, everyone one was fabulous! I never had a wait time longer than 5 minutes and on most days I literally just walked on back. I recently had dental implants and Dr. Moore took the time to explain the procedure and put my mind at rest by letting me know that he and his staff would take very good care of me and they did. Dr. Moore even called my home 2 days in a row to check on how I was doing. That made me feel really good that he would take the time out after-hours to check on me. I just love Dr. Moore and his staff. They are the BEST!!! I am estatic with the work Dr. Moore did and I will certainly choose him in the future for any dental needs. Thanks Dr. Moore and staff and may God bless each of you! By the way, I drove all the way from Gate City,VA. It was all well worth it!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Moore to any of my friends or family!!

If you need a GREAT dentist, let me tell you about Dr.Moore. I can't say enough about how wonderful they all are. Anna was great setting up all my appointments, greeting you with a smile and calling you by name. Dr Moore explained what he was going to do and everything went smoothly. The staff that work with him are excellent so efficient.they made me comfortable. This was a long procedure that went very good. That night Dr. Moore called to make sure I was O.K. (I am very impressed). Everyone loves the way my teeth look and I do too. Dr. Moore is a perfectionist and so am I, he ask me if I was happy with the way I look. I am more than happy my teeth look beautiful! Something that is very important to most of us is cost, prices are better than other dentist. I have made a lot of new friends found a wonderful Dentist, I feel blessed. Thanks for all of your hard work and for making me beautiful.haha I can't rate Dr. Moore high enough!
Love Abingdon smiles! The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and well informed. They work with our schedule, go outta their way with insurance....and most of all make us feel at ease with the prodedures!
Professional, efficient, and friendly service from the time of making the appointment until we walked out of the door. This is truly a rare find. The receptionist and all hygienists we've seen are knowledgeable, thorough, and very kind. The dentist is just as friendly, competent, and offers plenty of information. Everyone is always smiling. This is so different than the horrible experience we had at Abingdon Pediatric Dentistry.
