Didn't really hate this place, however I do believe it needs better management. Took my family over 25 minutes to receive our order. Update...... even after my first inital review, I went back on a whim that maybe they have gotten themselves together; still disappointed with the service. Seems like they can't get with the program, still takes way too long to get the food I order and the drive thru timer on the wall goes way over 12 minutes for drive thru customers to get their food. Come on people get with the program!!!
I have visited this location at least once a week since this location opened. Not a single time did everything go smoothly. Every single time I visit I either have to call, because I visit on my lunch break and take the food back to my job, or return before closing hours. They religiously give me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, that is if they even remember to give me my drink which was not the case tonight. If my drink is right then either the sandwich or side item is wrong altogether. This visit I had tonight was the most infuriating as I was sitting in the drive thru for over eight minutes without a single person coming to the window, they didn't take my payment until I parked in the parking lot and walked in and brought the situation to the manager. I highly doubt I will ever return to this location and I will advise everyone I know not to use this as a means for food. I've never had this problem with any other location in the area, just this one.
I have NEVER had a more disappointing dining experience. Not only was the cashier unable remain calm while taking and filling orders on the front line, she was rude and belligerent to the customers ordering. In addition to literally raising her fist back as if to strike me (seriously!), she also argued with and was exceedingly rude to the Vietnam veteran ordering behind me (who had to turn around and return to the restaurant after she didn't fill his order correctly. He had already driven to the next exit). When I communicated everything to the manager, the back kitchen staff as well as the drive through person made faces and rolled their eyes. The manager told my husband he would "deal" with the employee. We will never return to this specific Bojangles again. I will share my experience with as many others as possible.
Took over 10 mins, 3rd car in line at drive thru, and my cheddar biscuit still had American cheese :(
I am usually satisfied with any Bojangles I visit. However, this location is not one. I don't know if it's a lack of training, not being attentive, or just poor food quality but my experience with this store is not good. The food the last two times I have gotten something here is borderline cold. Don't know if they just cook a ton expecting a lunch rush or what but the food for me has never been even warm. The people that work here are less than pleasant to deal with as well. If you want good Bojangles just travel down to exit 7 in Bristol and pass this one.
